1. Acceptance
By accessing tudi001.com you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Information service only
Tudi001 aggregates land information and facilitates introductions. We are not a party to any land sale, purchase or lease, do not provide escrow, do not verify ownership, and make no endorsement of any listing or user. All transactions are strictly between the parties.
3. No professional advice
Content on the platform, including know-how articles, is general information only and is not legal, tax, immigration or investment advice. Consult licensed local professionals before acting.
4. Your account and wallet
You are responsible for access to your wallet and account, and for all activity under it. Wallet signature verification confirms control of an address only; it is not an identity guarantee.
5. Listings and user content
You confirm that content you post is lawful, accurate and does not infringe rights. Prohibited content includes fraudulent, discriminatory, violent, illegal-goods or otherwise unlawful material. We may remove content and suspend accounts at our discretion.
6. LandProof certificates
LandProof NFTs and provenance records certify that specific information was recorded at a time by a given wallet; they do not certify land ownership, boundaries or legal rights. Phase 1 records may use placeholder hashes until live chain integration.
7. Fees
Browsing and basic posting are currently free. Promoted placement, matching-related and subscription features may carry fees that will be disclosed before purchase.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tudi001 is not liable for losses arising from reliance on listings, third-party conduct, or failed transactions, nor for indirect or consequential loss.
9. Changes & governing terms
